Cast for The Beast of Dalby Hall

Nicholas Boulton graduated from The Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1993, winning the BBC Carleton-Hobbs Award for Radio. His theatre credits include plays at The Almeida, The Haymarket, Hull Truck and The RSC. He has performed in repertory theatre, in the West End, on Broadway and Singapore. Nick’s many Tv appearances include roles in Game of Thrones, Midsomer Murders, Doc Martin, Jonathan Creek and Doctor Who. Nicholas is an award-winning audiobook narrator and has voiced many characters in the world of video games, notably Garrett Hawke in the popular fantasy role-playing series Dragon Age, Raubahn Aldynn in Final Fantasy IV, and Druth in Hellblade – Senua’s Sacrifice.

Theatre includes Joanna /Sister Immaculator The Country Girls (Minerva Chichester ,Elinor/Mortola in Inkheart and Nurse in Romeo and Juliet (Home Theatre Manchester), Mrs Bradman in Blithe Spirit (Theatre Royal York), Mrs Rowley in The School for Scandal (Park Theatre), Ruth in Clockwork (Hightide). Television includes Chernobyl, The Rook, Humans, Call the Midwife, Midwinter of the Spirit, Law & Order, Doctors, Tati’s Hotel, Casualty, Miss Marple, Most Mysterious Murders, Tracy Beaker, Pompeii, 15 Stories High, EastEnders, Ladies and Gentlemen . Radio includes The Archers and over 500 radio dramas and comedy for BBC Radio 4. Films include The Last Letter from Your Lover, Moose Limbs, Bringing Baby Home, The Country Girl .

Emma worked extensively in the theatre, performing all over the country in productions including; Enemy of the People, (Nottingham Playhouse), A Christmas Carol (RSC); William Wordsworth (ETT); Wind in the Willows (Rose Theatre); Much Ado About Nothing, As You Like It, Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo and Juliet, Comedy of Errors, Macbeth (Shakespeare’s Globe); It Just Stopped, Alison’s House (Orange Tree); Bell, Book and Candle, Bleak House, Great Expectations (New Vic); The Cherry Orchard, His Dark Materials (Birmingham Rep), Dog in the Manger, House of Desires, Pedro the Great Pretender (RSC & West End)
Television appearances include; Responsible Child (Kudos), Casualty (BBC), Father Brown (BBC), Holby City(BBC), Doctors (BBC).

Daniel trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama, where he was nominated for the BBC Carleton-Hobbs Award for Radio. His theatre credits include; Chariots of Fire (Hampstead/West End), Wolf Hall (RSC/West End/Broadway), Flare Path (UK tour), Jack & The Beanstalk (Lyric Hammersmith) & The Filter Theatre production of A Midsummer Nights Dream (Lyric/UK Tour). TV & Film Includes; Holby City, Doctors, The Patrol & Frequencies. Daniel is also a voiceover artist and has worked extensively in both Commercials and Video Games, most notably Warhammer II & Final Fantasy XIV.

Sam trained at the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama.

Sam has been a member of the BBC Radio Drama Company (RDC) and has recorded numerous plays and series. Film work includes: Beast, Brothers and Sisters.
